Sayings from Christianity

No man knoweth the things of God but the Spirit of God.
l Corinthians, 2, 11

A thing is not necessarily false because badly uttered, nor true because spoken magnificently.

I`d rather be ruled by a wise Turk than by a foolish Christian.

    • Agree (and thank you for your visit & comment), but you will also agree that wisdom is wisdom, and foolishness is foolishness, come from wherever it may come.

I think what you published was actually very reasonable. But, think on this, suppose you added a little content? I ain’t suggesting your content isn’t good, but suppose you added a post title that grabbed a person’s attention? I mean Sayings from Christianity | Unanimous Tradition / TradiciĂłn Unánime is a little boring. You could look at Yahoo’s home page and see how they write news headlines to get viewers to click. You might add a video or a picture or two to grab people excited about everything’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it would make your posts a little bit more interesting.

    • Thank you for your comments… and you are quite right. First of all, I am still amateurish, and likely that status will not change (not interested). Second, I don’t consider myself a writer, nor do I have ambitions in that regard. Third, everything worth while has already been said, in many ways and beautifully – I mostly transmit by quoting others (thus saving a great deal of time). Anyway, sometimes I do say something of my own, and, in fact, you may find nice stories, sayings, refrains (with my own commentaries or made up by myself) and even jokes – in two languages – from 5 years ago on. I hope, though, that the content of my blog has substance – food for thought (like so many other blogs). A. Martin
