Self, substratum of mind


What does it matter if the mind is active? It is only so on the substratum of the Self. Hold to the Self even during mental activity.

    I just love the teachings of Ramana Maharshi. I was happy to find this.

    • I quite agree. Have you heard of Sri Satchidanandendra Saraswati, or Sri Krishnaswamy Iyer, or Ramakrisna Puligandla? The last one is contemporary and writes with great lucidity and clarity, as much as the other two. I wish I could be in India. Thank you for visiting.
