Four thoughts that change the mind:
 
The freedoms and the favorable conditions of this human condition are extremely difficult to obtain. Everything that is born is impermanent and bound to die. The results of virtuous and unvirtuous actions are inexorable. The three realms of existence have the nature of an ocean of suffering. Remembering this, may my mind turn towards the Dharma!
