From Intro. to the Avadhut Gita – De la Introducción a la Avadhut Gita

H.P. Shastri, in his Introduction to the Avadhut Gita, quoted yesterday, writes that this is "a classic destined to those who are advanced in the study of Indian metaphysics, have a high degree of self-control and, going beyond religious prejudices, see ultimate reality/truth as their only God… the mediocre believer, the fanatic defender of an exclusive creed, he who prefers something other than the highest knowledge, the megalomaniac and the egotist will find but little consolation in the study of this Gita." We have thus been warned. …………………………….
