The direct path – La via directa

In the immediate perception of the direct path there is a total absence of known objects, since in order to experience something fully it [the mind] must be empty, free of memory, of feelings, of desire to get and of expectations. In the direct and immediate path, your background of no-state appears, which is waiting for the deep relinquishing of mental and bodily habits so as to be able to make an act of presence, that is, God, Grace, Presence, which is always present. Any move towards approaching it is a distancing itself, because when you desire something it is because you suppose that you are lacking it. Therefore, there is no spiritual evolution, since your natural state is not in a process of becoming; all objects appear and disappear in the background, and they only serve to reveal such background, the supreme no-state in which  you establish a no-relation with the object.

……………………………………………………………..
